MAPREFRA: from a funded project to automated monitoring at the core of the electrolysers by Hyter

The MAPREFRA project, led by Pietro Fiorentini with the support of MADE – Competence Center Industry 4.0 and MetalWork Automation, enabled the development of a CE-certified machine operating directly on key components of Hyter electrolysers.

The machine automates leak testing of stack frames, detects defects, improves assembly times and test accuracy, and provides data traceability through MES integration. It has already been tested on Hyter products and successfully introduced for detailed inspection of each frame.
