€96.5 million green financing secured by Bio Hold’s biomethane portfolio

BHS2 Srl, a project company controlled by Bio Hold Srl — a platform owned by Vesper Next Generation Infrastructure Fund I SCSp and Pietro Fiorentini SpA — has finalised a project finance transaction totalling €96.5 million.

The funds will complete the conversion of a portfolio of plants into biomethane facilities. Financing was provided by Banco BPM and Crédit Agricole Italia with SACE’s Archimede guarantee. The transaction confirms the Pietro Fiorentini Group’s strategic direction in renewable energy.
